The Design Prosees

 Explanation

Tena kue and welcome to my blog post about the design processes of my product. This was done in week 8. We had to plan and create the project. We also had to give this product to a stakeholder. My stakeholder was my wananga teacher. We had to do costings, a shopping list, and a time management plan so that we could be organized to make my product.

5} Press biscuits gently with a fork and at 180C for 15 min.

This recipe makes more than 17

Evaluation from my stakeholder

The cookies had a crispy crunch to them which is my favorite texture in that type of biscuit.

The shape, size, and thickness were even just right.

They also had a delicious caramel flavor - it was perfect.

They were a tiny bit oily which can sometimes happen if the butter boils, this was a minor issue though.

If we were able to do this again I would have to reduce the butter and work on it so it does oil anymore. My team is also going to work on always coming to school. Has my stakeholder has said there was no other problem but my cooking said I have to think about making real like real caramel biscuits.

Thank you for reading my blog and please leave a comment and share.
